Yes, 50% of the total is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of installation.

We only have the option to buy the lights because we custom fit them specifically to your individual property. So it is difficult for us to use them in the future for other projects. The pay structure works by the first year being a little more expensive because you’re buying the lights and labor but after year 1 you will only be paying for labor since you already own the lights. Only paying for labor will be significantly cheaper In the long run and will save you hundreds of dollars compared to leasing lights at premium prices every single year.

We do not install your own lights simply because we cannot validate the quality nor can we warranty them. We provide fresh new commercial grade LED lighting that we can stand behind.

Yes, Happy Lighting is fully insured. We are happy to provide a copy of our policy upon request.

Maintenance services are included with your package. If there is an issue with the lighting please contact us and we will repair the issue within 48 hours. Please contact us for a detailed copy of our service agreement.

We dedicate our business to specializing in holiday lighting and décor. Our team travels the country to attend trade shows and training courses each year to make sure you are getting the best possible service and products. We hear many stories where people hire non-specialized installers only to find out they didn’t have the proper insurance, used inferior products leading to many outages, or they simply don’t even return to take down the lights. Make sure to choose a professional holiday lighting company who specializes in this industry.
